Message improvement in power and torque output though.

When we did the intercooler shootout a few years back, there was a 25HP gain in switching from the stock intercoolers to any of the aftermarket units we tested when testing at the ~400RWHP level using PE1420 turbochargers.

The PE's are more efficient than stock turbos so I would expect that an intercooler upgrade on stock turbos would have had similar gains at these slightly lower power output levels. The ~10HP gain you are seeing is a good bit shy of what I would expect from an aftermarket intercooler. All of the other aftermarket intercoolers would have performed about twice as well.

......AND I'm open for doing testing on any intercooler that hasn't already been tested..... We are still looking to get ahold of a Stillen SMIC and a Greddy SMIC. A Z1 SMIC would also be appealing as it would give us a comparison of flow differences between the two different endtank constructions (plate/box vs. cast aluminum).
